Cash paid per shift

Cash tips handed over at shift end never reach your bank account. "Ignore" keeps them out of the expected EFT entirely; "Count, then deduct" includes them in gross and subtracts the per-shift amount as already received.

Trust the card fee logged on each shift instead of computing it from the rules
